January 22, 2020 – Cherry Hill, NJ – South Jersey educator and business professional, Milton Corsey, announces the launch of The Kaizen Group, an organizational and leadership consulting firm that creates tailored development programs to help clients maximize their company’s potential, performance and profits. The former Rowan College of South Jersey Business Professor and Dean of Administration, who has spent the last four (4) years as a founding and managing partner at Straxo, will work hand-in-hand with clients to help business executives develop focused, attainable strategies, identify and develop emerging leaders and build high performance teams ~ who work together to meet company goals and stimulate business growth.
Specifically, The Kaizen Group will focus on several key areas, including leadership development, strategic consulting and executive coaching.
